Aside from the playground, this is actually a notable park. The park and some of its elements were designed by Foreign Office Architecture and featured in MoMA's Groundswell exhibit. Much of the park is paved with a tesselating half moons which create a patterned surface that works in both linear and and areal applications. Most importantly, these discs work as but also curl up into retaining walls.
The Esplanade and incredibly large Solar Panels were designed by Torres & Lapeņa.
As far as we could determine the whole thing was named after this building, The Forum.
